LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS:
Due to high demand, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations and change of appointments. No exceptions.
Cancellations less than 48 hours incur 50% fee and must be paid before your next appointment.
No Show or same day cancellation incur 100% fee and will need to be paid before rebooking. Future bookings will need to be paid in advance.
48 hour notice is needed if you wish to upgrade or downgrade your booking. Shortening your time booked on the day by leaving a treatment out, will result in late cancellation fee.
Failure to cancel on time or not show for a prepaid course, the treatment will be forfeited from course.
Failure to cancel on time or not show for a treatment booked with a voucher, will result in voucher/ value of being forfeited.
LATE ARRIVAL: Our time together is valuable. If late, your treatment will finish on time so next client is not delayed. If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, I will reschedule you for another time.
At appointment time, please arrive no more than 5 minutes before hand as arriving too early will disturb a treatment in session.
WALK INS: Strictly by appointment only.
When making appointments, please note that this is a solo run business with no receptionist. When phoning and I don’t get to answer when I’m in a treatment. Please leave a message and I will phone you back as soon as possible.
REMINDER TEXTS: are complimentary the evening before your appointment. It is the responsibility of the client to keep appointment time and date recorded. Late cancellation policy applies if you cancel at time of reminder text.
PATCH TESTS: Please note a 24 hour patch test is required for waxing and eye treatments. A patch test must be booked in separately. No patch test no treatment.
Under 18s must be accompanied with a parent or guardian and must fill in consultation form on their behalf. Some treatments may not be suitable and will be discussed prior.
No Refunds.
VOUCHERS:
Terms: Vouchers purchased after 1st December 2019 will be now be valid for 5 years.
They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Not Valid if Lost or Stolen.
Make sure to pass on this information to the person you are buying the voucher for and encourage them to use the voucher as soon as they can so that they get the enjoyment out of their gift.
